Abstract

This research used mixed-method research, combining both quantitative and qualitative methods approach to achieve two main objectives: 1) Assess the knowledge management level of personnel in science-based technology demonstration classrooms under the supervision of Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna, Chiang Rai, and 2) Evaluate the operational efficiency of personnel in these classrooms under the supervision of Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna, Chiang Rai. The sample consisted of 30 individuals, including university administrators, course administrators, teachers, mentors, and caregivers. Data collection in this research were questionnaires and group discussions. The quantitative data analysis was frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. For qualitative data analysis were content analysis

          The results of the study found that


          1) Studying the level of knowledge management of science-based technology demonstration classroom personnel under the supervision of Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna, Chiang Rai found that the overall level was at a high level in all aspects ( = 4.13).When considering each aspect, it was found that there is a high level of knowledge management in all aspects in descending order knowledge sharing systematic knowledge management knowledge indication, learning, access to knowledge and creating and seeking knowledge


          2) The performance efficiency of personnel in science-based technology demonstration classrooms under the supervision of Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna, Chiang Rai from the level of knowledge management that affects the operational efficiency of personnel responsible for science-based technology demonstration classrooms found that in the overall performance of the personnel was at a high level in all aspects ( = 4.18), In order from the most to the least, namely Time aspect of work method/process quality of work workload and cost of operation
