The success of management Child Development Center, Miracle Subdistrict 100 days Plus to 2,500 days , Uttaradit Province.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was define lessons learned on success of management of child development centers got an award for The miracle sub district, The first 1,000 days plus to 2,500 days Uttaradit province Thailand . The samples selected by the purposive sampling was 9 local administrative organization.The informants were comprised the 9 heads of child development , 9 child care teachers , 9 parents and member of child development center tatal of 27 informants.The research strument was a structure of interview, interview and analyses.         The results were content analysis.

The results showed the management of child development centers were system approach to management used national standard for early childhood care development and education Thailand of an integrated learning experience in early childhood development centers with local context based learning of 3 standards ,the standard of management of child development center, standard of learned and played for develop early childhood care and the national standard for quality of early childhood care had development the quality of health 4D   management of child development centers surveillance Diet, Development and play, Dental, Disease LAO had plan and project for health promoting of early childhood care about 19 projects to training for parents and childcare teachers and early childhood  in child development center and out child development center for promotion and child development.
