ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อเอกลักษณ์วิชาชีพของนักเรียนทหาร

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการถ่ายทอดทางวิชาชีพทหารการยอมรับในคุณค่าวิชาชีพทหารการตระหนักในหน้าที่การรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเองความพึงพอใจในวิชาชีพทหารแรงจูงใจในวิชาชีพทหารความผูกพันต่อวิชาชีพทหาร และเอกลักษณ์วิชาชีพทหาร และ 2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อเอกลักษณ์วิชาชีพทหารของนักเรียนทหารตัวอย่างที่ศึกษา คือ นักเรียนทหารชั้นปีที่1-4 ของโรงเรียนนายร้อยพระจุลจอมเกล้า โรงเรียนนายเรืออากาศโรงเรียนนายเรือ จำนวน 1,002 คน เครื่องมือคือแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ความถี่ร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ยค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานทำการทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วยการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยเชิงพหุแบบปกติที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ0.05ผลการวิจัยพบว่านักเรียนทหารมีการถ่ายทอดทางวิชาชีพทหารการยอมรับในคุณค่าวิชาชีพทหารการตระหนักในหน้าที่การรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเองความพึงพอใจในวิชาชีพทหารความผูกพันต่อวิชาชีพทหาร และเอกลักษณ์วิชาชีพทหารอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดส่วนแรงจูงใจในวิชาชีพอยู่ในระดับมากสำหรับปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อเอกลักษณ์วิชาชีพของนักเรียนทหารได้แก่ การถ่ายทอดทางวิชาชีพทหารการตระหนักในหน้าที่แรงจูงใจในวิชาชีพทหารและความผูกพันต่อวิชาชีพทหารโดยตัวแปรอิสระทุกตัวสามารถทำนายความผันแปรของตัวแปรตามได้ร้อยละ56.6

The purposes of research were to study 1) the socialization in military profession, acceptance of valuein military profession,perception of military profession, receiving in military profession, satisfaction in theprofession,  commitment,  motivation inmilitary profession and the identities of military profession  2) the factors influencing to the identities of military profession. Population were the 1^stto 4^thyear ofcadets of Chulachomklao Royal Military Academy, Royal Thai Air Force Academy and Royal Thai  Naval Academy, totally 1002 cadets. Research tool was a questionnaire. Statistic utilized werefrequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Hypothesis testing was multiple regression analysis with the statistical significant level of 0.05.The resultsfound thatthe socialization in military profession, acceptance of valuein military profession, perception of military profession, receiving in military profession, satisfaction in the profession,  commitmentandidentity of military professionwere at a highestlevel butmotivation in military profession was at a high level. The factors influencingprofessional identity were the socialization in military profession, receiving in military profession and commitment, the independents variables totally predicted  thevariance of the dependent variable of 56.6 percent.
