Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยคือ ศึกษาสถานภาพปัจจุบันของบัณฑิตวิชาเอกการจัดการงานก่อสร้าง แขนงวิชา การจัดการงานก่อสร้าง สาขาวิชาวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช ติดตามบัณฑิตด้านการใช้ประโยชน์ของ ความรู้จากการเรียนการสอน และความคิดเห็นของผู้ใช้บัณฑิตในด้านความรู้และความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงาน เป็นการ วิจัยเชิงสำรวจ โดยมีประชากร 2 กลุ่ม คือ บัณฑิตที่เข้าศึกษาตั้งแต่ปีการศึกษา 2544 และสำเร็จการศึกษาภายในปีการศึกษา 2550 และผู้บังคับบัญชาของบัณฑิต กลุ่มตัวอย่างกลุ่มละ 323 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์- ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัย 1) สถานภาพปัจจุบันของบัณฑิต ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย รับราชการ ทำงานเกี่ยวข้องกับงานก่อสร้าง รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 10,000-15,000 บาท และมีอายุ 41-45 ปี หลังสำเร็จการศึกษามีรายได้/เงินเดือนเพิ่มขึ้น อัตรารายได้/ เงินเดือนสูงกว่าวุฒิการศึกษา 2) การใช้ประ โยชน์ของความรู้จากการเรียนการสอน ด้านความรู้ความสามารถทั่วไปใน ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก มากที่สุดในด้านความสามารถในการพัฒนาตนเองอย่างต่อเนื่อง น้อยที่สุดด้านความรู้ในคุณค่าของ ศิลปวัฒนธรรม ด้านทักษะในการปฏิบัติงานในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก มากที่สุดในด้านความสามารถด้านการจัดการ งานก่อสร้าง น้อยที่สุดด้านการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการปฏิบัติงาน การนำความรู้ด้านวิชาชีพไปใช้ประโยชน์ในการ ปฏิบัติงานในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก มากที่สุดใช้ในการควบคุมและตรวจงานในสถานที่ก่อสร้าง น้อยที่สุดใช้ความรู้ ด้านการบัญชีและการเงินในงานก่อสร้าง ความรู้ที่ได้จากการใช้สื่อการสอนประเภทต่างๆในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ได้รับความรู้จากเอกสารการสอนในระดับมากที่สุด น้อยที่สุดคือ รายการวิทยุกระจายเสียง ในระหว่างศึกษาได้ใช้เอกสาร การสอนและแบบฝึกปฏิบัติในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก มากที่สุดคือ การศึกษาเอกสารการสอน น้อยที่สุดคือ การทำ กิจกรรมท้ายเรื่องในเอกสารการสอนควบคู่กับการศึกษา ความรู้ที่ได้จากกิจกรรมเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการเรียนการสอนใน ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง การทำกิจกรรมอยู่ในระดับมาก และการสอนเสริมเข้มอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 3) ผู้ใช้บัณฑิต เห็นว่า บัณฑิตมีความรู้ความสามารถทั่วไปในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก มีความสามารถในการปรับตัวให้เข้ากับสถานการณ์ ปัจจุบันอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด น้อยที่สุดด้านความรู้ในคุณค่าของศิลปวัฒนธรรมไทย ส่วนทักษะในการปฏิบัติงานมีความ คิดเห็นในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก มีความสามารถในการใช้เหตุผลอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด น้อยที่สุดคือ การใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ ในการปฏิบัติงาน คุณลักษณะที่เหมาะสมกับงานของบัณฑิตในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านความรับผิดชอบในหน้าที่อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด น้อยที่สุดด้านความสามารถในการถ่ายทอดความรู้ให้ผู้อื่น และในภาพรวมมีความพึงพอใจต่อบัณฑิต ในระดับมากที่สุด

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study present status of the Business Administration graduates major in construction management; to follow up the graduates on their using of knowledge and to study the opinion of graduates’ supervisors on graduates’ knowledge and working competence. This was the survey research. The sample population consisted of 323 graduates, who started their study in the 2001 academic year and finished their study not later than the 2007 academic year, and their supervisors. The data collecting instruments were two sets of questionnaires according to the samplings. Statistical tools were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.

Research findings were: 1) The graduates’ present status: majority of graduates were male, government employees, work positions related to construction jobs; earning 10,000-15,000 baht and 41-45 years old. After finished their study their income increased and income rate was higher than bachelor’s degree rate. 2) The use of knowledge, the general knowledge and competence were rated at high level. The competence of continuing self improvement was rated at the highest level, while the knowledge of value of arts and culture were at the lowest rate. Working skills was at high rate, the highest rate was the competence in construction management and the least was the use of English in work practices. The use of professional knowledge in the professional practice was at high rate, the highest rate was the knowledge of construction supervision and inspection and the least was the knowledge of accounting and finance for construction. The knowledge gained from using instructional media was at medium rate, the highest rate was gained from textbooks and the least was gained from radio programs. When studying at STOU the graduates used textbooks and workbooks at high rate, the highest rate was gained from textbooks and the least was doing the exercises of teaching units when studying. The knowledge gained from the activities for increasing discipline efficiencies were at medium rate, the high rate was doing the exercises and special tutorial was at medium rate. 3) The graduates’ supervisors considered that the graduates’ general knowledge and competence were at high rate. The highest rate was self improvement to suit the current situations while the knowledge of value of arts and culture were at the lowest rate. Graduates’ working skills were at high rate, the highest rate was being logical thinkers and the least was the use of English in work practices. The graduates’ characters suit to job positions was at high rate while the highest rate was the job responsibilities but the least was the competence of knowledge transferring. The supervisors satisfied by the quality of the graduates at the highest rate.
