ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารกับการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ ของกรมพัฒนาพลังงานทดแทนและอนุรักษ์พลังงาน

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) การดำเนินงานการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ของกรมพัฒนาพลังงานทดแทนและอนุรักษ์พลังงาน (2) ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารในกรมพัฒนาพลังงานทดแทนและอนุรักษ์พลังงานและ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารกับการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ของกรมพัฒนาพลังงานทดแทนและอนุรักษ์พลังงาน

การศึกษาวิจัยนี้ใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ข้าราชการ พนักงานราชการ ลูกจ้างประจำและลูกจ้างชั่วคราว ของกรมพัฒนาพลังงานทดแทนและอนุรักษ์พลังงาน จำนวน 295 คน ตามสูตรการคำนวณของทาโรยามาเน่ มีเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล คือแบบสอบถามสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่ายของเพียร์สัน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) การบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ในกรมพัฒนาพลังงานทดแทนและอนุรักษ์พลังงานมีความสำเร็จระดับปานกลาง (2) ความคิดเห็นต่อภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารในกรมพัฒนาพลังงานทดแทนและอนุรักษ์พลังงานอยู่ในระดับดีมาก (3) ภาวะผู้นำโดยรวมและรายด้านมีความสัมพันธ์กับการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ของกรมพัฒนาพลังงานทดแทนและอนุรักษ์พลังงานมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์โดยรวม

ABSTRACT

The purposes of this research were to study: (1) the success of strategic management of the Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency; (2) the leadership of the executives of Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency; and (3) the relationship between the executive leadership and strategic management of Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency.

This research was a quantitative research. The samples consisted of government officials, government employees, permanent and temporary employees from the Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency, from which 295 samples were obtained with the application of Taro Yamane’s calculation. The instrument used was questionnaire. Statistical tools employed were frequency percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s correlation coefficients.

Research results revealed that: (1) the success of strategic management of the Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency was at moderate level; (2) the leadership of the executives of the Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency was accepted at high level; (3) the leadership of the executives correlated positively with strategic management of the Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency.
