This article presented the results of researching of “Desired Thai Labor Competency of Japanese Executives in Automotive Industry of Amata City Rayong Industrial Estate” The results of this research were showed about 1)The level desired Thai labor competencies of Japanese executives in automotive industry of Amata City Rayong industrial estate. 2) The prioritize of desired Thai labor competencies of Japanese executives in automotive industry of Amata City Rayong industrial estate. 3) The suggestion of how to improve Thai labor for automotive industry follow Japanese executives desired.
