ปัจจัยเสริมสร้างความปลอดภัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานของผู้บังคับปั้นจั่นของบริษัทแห่งหนึ่ง

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ปัจจัยเสริมสร้างความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน
2) ประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน 3) เปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานของผู้บังคับปั้นจั่นของบริษัทแห่งหนึ่ง จำแนกตามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 4) ปัจจัยเสริมสร้างความปลอดภัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้บังคับปั้นจั่นบริษัทแห่งหนึ่งจำนวน 120 ราย ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัย สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ทดสอบสมมติฐานแบบ t-test, F-test (One-way ANOVA) และ Multiple Regression Analysis
ผลการศึกษาพบว่าผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่มีอายุ 21 – 30 ปี จบการศึกษามัธยมต้น อายุงาน 10 ปีขึ้นไป และเป็นผู้บังคับปั้นจั่นขนาด 210 – 400 tons ปัจจัยเสริมสร้างความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน (3E) 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ ด้านการศึกษา และด้านการออกกฎระเบียบ พบว่าอยู่ในระดับความสำคัญมาก ประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานมีค่าเฉลี่ยรวมอยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยมาก ข้อมูลด้านอายุ ระดับการศึกษา อายุงาน และขนาดรถเครน มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานไม่แตกต่างกัน ปัจจัยเสริมสร้างความปลอดภัยด้านวิศวกรรมศาสตร์และด้านการออกกฎระเบียบมีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
