FACTORS OF LEARNING ORGANIZATION AND ORGANIZATIONAL INNOVATION INFLUENCING CORPORATE PERFORMANCE IN LABOR-INTENSIVE INDUSTRY, SAMUT SAKHON PROVINCE

The purposes of this study were to study the factors of learning organization and organizational innovation influencing corporate performance in labor-intensive industry. The samples are the firms in food processing and textile industries that have more than 100 employees. The 149 firms are collected the data by questionnaires combined with qualitative analysis from in-depth interviews and analyzed by multiple regression method. The results show that motivation to learn, product innovation, process innovation, and knowledge creation is statistically significant at the 0.05 level and their standardized coefficient are 0.276, 0.206, 0.183 and 0.182 accordingly.
