Abstract

Organization leaders nowadays face various problems because of continuously changing social situations. Leaders must be equipped with some clear visionary thinking which brings about the sustainable organization development. This journal explains that employee empowerment is the good tactic for any visionary leaders as it is useful for successfully realizing the visions within organizations. Employee empowerment encourages employees to demonstrate their own proficiency, express their leadership and perfectly work with their true ability. This journal consists of the abstract, concept of visionary leadership, concept of employee empowerment, advantages of employee empowerment, viewpoint of employee empowerment, employee empowerment method, suggestions on employee empowerment and conclusion.
