มุมมองภาวะผู้นำ: กรณีศึกษาของชุมชนทุ่งตำเสา

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำของผู้นำในชุมชนทุ่งตำเสา อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา ใช้การสังเกต การสัมภาษณ์ การสนทนากลุ่ม และการจัดเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ เป็นเครื่องมือรวบรวมข้อมูลภาคสนาม โดยมีผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ ผู้นำกลุ่ม จำนวน 6 คน ผู้นำชุมชน จำนวน 6 คน ชาวบ้านในชุมชน จำนวน 30 คน เจ้าหน้าที่องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จำนวน 5 คน และนักวิชาการ จำนวน 5 คน ร่วมกับการศึกษาเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง จากนั้นนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหาโดยใช้ทฤษฎีคุณลักษณะในการอธิบายภาวะผู้นำและเขียนรายงานผลการวิจัยด้วยวิธีการพรรณนาวิเคราะห์ผลการศึกษา พบว่าภาวะผู้นำของผู้นำชุมชนทุ่งตำเสา ทั้งผู้นำที่เป็นทางการและผู้นำที่ไม่เป็นทางการ ทั้งผู้นำที่เป็นผู้ชายและผู้นำที่เป็นผู้หญิง เหล่านี้ล้วนสอดคล้องกับทฤษฎีคุณลักษณะที่เชื่อว่าผู้นำจะมีภาวะผู้นำอยู่แล้วตามธรรมชาติ ทั้งกล้าคิดกล้าตัดสินใจ มีความเพียรพยายามที่จะบรรลุเป้าหมาย และมีความสนใจใฝ่รู้ รวมถึงลองผิดลองถูกจนประสบผลสำเร็จ อีกทั้งยังสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่ต้องมีบารมีมากพอที่จะทำให้ผู้อื่นคล้อยตามอันจักช่วยทำให้ชุมชนมีความเข้มแข็งและคนในชุมชนมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดี

This qualitative research aims to study the leadership of the Thungtamsao community leader,Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province.The qualitative methods of observation, interview, group discussion, and exchange and learning forums was used as the field data collection tools. Informants in the research are 6 group leaders, 6 community leaders, 30 villagers, 5 local government officials, and 5 academics.Data were also collected from related documents and research reports. Then, the data were analyzed using content analysis and explained leadershipin terms of trait theory,and a report was written using analytical description.The study found that the leadership of the Thungtamsao community leader,both formal and informal leaders, and both male and female leaders, conformsto trait theory which believed that the leaders have leadership in nature for such sharpened thinking, decision making, endure to goal attainment, awareness, and learning by doing until success.Moreover, this reflects a charismatic transformational leadership which makes people as thefollowers.This aforementioned will make the community strongerand will improve the quality of life of its members.
