FACTORS AFFECTING SAVING AND LOAN OF THE MEMBERS OF WANGDERM SAVINGS COOPERATIVE LIMITED

The main objectives of this research was to analyze Factors affecting saving and loan of the members of Wangderm Savings Cooperative Limited. Questionnaires were used to collect data from 389 samples.The samples were official, permanent employees and government employees of The Royal Thai Navy who are members of Wangderm Savings Cooperative Limited and working in Bangkok and its vicinity. Hypothesis testing by multiple regression analysis.Factors affecting money saving showed that factors high rank have statistically affected the amount of saving in a positive way at significance level 0.05, monthly income, residence ownership and attitude towards rewards and benefits from cooperative have statistically affected the amount of saving in a positive way at significance level 0.01 while the repayment for loan per monthly and attitude towards administration and public relations of cooperative have statistically affected the amount of saving in a negative way at significance level 0.01 Factors affecting money loan showed that married status has more loan amount than single and attitude towards rewards and benefits from cooperative have affected the amount of loan in a positive way with statistically at significance level 0.05, number of children, high rank and average monthly expense have statistically affected the amount of loan in a positive way at significance level 0.01 while the monthly income, amount of monthly stock and attitude towards cooperative services have statistically affected the amount of loan in a negative way at significance level 0.01
