A STUDY COMPONENT OF THE ONLINE APPRENTICE SUPERVISION SYSTEM

Abstract

This study the aim to the system supervision training online students, including education documents related research study of the knowledge about the prototype system depth interviews of those involved in the supervision trainee using on how specific of 11 people from the group management Institute of vocational in the northeast, chief of vocational education system bilateral and trainer or owner establishment, school administrators who managed instruction level diploma, teachers supervision internship and students who practice in the level of diploma. The research revealed the following results :There were 4 factors found as follows: 1) input factor of the system contains the guidelines for the practice for supervision and factor is facilitated to supervision. 2) the process of the system, including meeting planner supervision together, preparation, operating supervision, meeting to assess the supervision. 3) the results of the system is the system supervision training online and opinions of the system user supervision training online. 4) feedback system including, monitoring and editing the system.
