THE EFFECTIVE INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE OF THE NON-FORMAL EDUCATION AND INFORMAL EDUCATION IN NAKHON RATCHASIMA PROVINCE

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to analyze the factors of Quality Assurance System in the Non-Formal Education and Informal Education of Nakhon Ratchasima Province. and 2) to study the administration thinking level of Quality Assurance System in the Non-Formal Education and Informal Education of Nakhon Ratchasima Province. The sampling was 30 school administrators and teachers determined by Krejcie and Morgan table. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire scale 5 level total 27 items. There got score between 0.60 – 1.00 with the reliability 0.98. The data analysis by Exploratory Factor Analysis : EFA and the analysis method with Principal Component Analysis and Orthogonal Rotation by Varimax Rotation.

1) The results of the study revealed that there were 6 factors of Quality Assurance System in the Non-Formal Education and Informal Education of Nakhon Ratchasima Province including : (1) Quality Assessment and Annual Report ; (2) Management Education Development Plan ; (3) Education Development Plan ; (4) Continuing the quality of Education ; (5) the educational Standard of School and (6) Education Quality monitoring. This research can explain about the Quality Assurance System in the Non-Formal Education and Informal Education of Nakhon Ratchasima Province at statistic score 74.938.

2) The thinking level of administration of Quality Assurance System in the Non-Formal Education and Informal Education of Nakhon Ratchasima Province on overall are excellent ( gif.latex?\bar{X}= 3.81, SD = 0.787)
