A DEVELOPMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE MODEL FOR THE BASIC EDUCATION SCHOOLS IN ASEAN COMMUNITY CONTEXT

Abstract

Objectives for: 1) To create the administrative model for the basic education schools in ASEAN Community Context 2) To Examine the suitability and feasibility of the administrative model for the basic education schools in ASEAN community context. namely, 1) Studying relevant research papers to determine the conceptual framework for research by analyzing the content 2) Creating the administrative model for basic education schools according to the context of the ASEAN community Use Delphi technique by 17 experts, tools used in the research, in-depth interviews for research content analysis and the questionnaire of the estimation of 5 levels of statistics using median and interquartile range to inquire about the suitability and consistency of the model and 3) The certification of the development model of the administrative model for basic education schools in ASEAN community context of the use the interview technique of 9 experts to confirm the suitability of the model.           The research results were as follows:

1. The administrative model of basic education schools according to the ASEAN community context was the implementation of 3 ASEAN pillars: 1. ASEAN Political and Security Community 2. ASEAN Economic Community 3. ASEAN Social and Cultural Community with the school administrative process consisting of 4 aspects: 1) Planning, including 1.1) Situation analysis establishing an ASEAN education management policy 1.2) Determining vision / set goals 1.3) Considering strategies / defining indicators and 1.4) Formulating plans / plans / projects / activities 2) Implementation 2.1) Establishment of ASEAN Center 2.2) Structure 2.3) Participation management 2.4) Establishment of responsibility 3) Examination, including 3.1) Appointment of the Board of Directors 3.2) Determination of audit / evaluation tools 3.3) Conducting examination / assessment and 3.4) Summarize the results of the examination / assessment and 4) Improvements 4.1) Applying the results of the assessment / improvement plan 4.2) Appointing the board 4.3) Conducting Inspection / improvement / evaluation and 4.4) Development   The administrative model of basic education schools according to the ASEAN community context which the researcher developed was appropriate and consistent in all issues.
