THE ROLES OF THE LOCAL ADMISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION IN SUPPORTING THE CAREER GROUPS AND COMMUNITY ENTERPRISES IN PHRAYA BUNLUE AND KHLONG PHRAYA BUNLUE SUB-DISTRICT, LAT BUA LUANG DISTRICT, PHRA NAKHON SI AYUTTHAYA PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this research were:  1) to study the roles of the Local Administrative Organization in support of career groups and community enterprises; 2) to study the operational outcomes of the career groups and community enterprises; 3) to compare the operational outcomes of the career groups and community enterprises; 4) to study the relationship between the roles of the Local Administrative Organization and the operational outcomes of the career groups and community enterprises; and 5) to study the roles of the Local Administrative Organization rending the support to the career groups and community enterprise in Phraya Bunlue and Khlong Phraya Bunlue sub-district, Lat Bua Luang district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province. The study was a numbers of 193 members of the career group and community enterprises in Phraya Banlue and Klong Phraya Banlue Sub-district, derived through Yamane’s method. The instrument used for collecting the data was questionnaire. The statistics used for analysis the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, the t – test, the F – test. Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression.

     The research findings were summarized as follows:

The roles of the Local Administrative Organization in supporting the operation of groups and community enterprises in Phraya Bunlue and Khlong Phraya Bunlue sub-district, Lat Bua Luang district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province, as a whole  and in aspects were at a high level. Running from high to low in order of marketing promotion, production promotion, vocational training, and funding support, aspects respectively.

     2. The operational outcomes of the career groups and community enterprises as a whole and in aspects were at the high level, running from high to low in the order of organization potentiality development, member benefits, structure and processes, and capital and resource management, respectively.

     3. The operational outcomes of the career groups and community enterprises as perceived by their members classified by sender, age, educational level, main career, and family incomes, were not different.

     4. The relationship between the roles of the Local Administrative Organization and the operation of the career groups and community enterprises was highly positive; and the roles of the Local Administrative Organization in the aspects of making promotion of the career groups and community enterprises at the very high level with the statistical significance at the .01 level.

     5. The roles of the Local Administrative Organization in the respects of vocational training funding support, and production had the effect on the operation of the career groups and community enterprise with the statistics significance at the .01 level, and could be predicted by 63 percent with the correlation of 0.79.
