COMPUTER EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR IT STAFF PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT IN CTI LOGISTICS CO. LTD

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to 1) analyze and design computer equipment management system for IT staff performance assessment in CTI logistics co. ltd 2) develop computer equipment management system for IT staff performance assessment and 3) evaluate the efficiency of computer equipment management system for IT staff performance assessment. The data was collected from system performance assessment form, and evaluate by purposive sampling from 5 experts including; 2 IT supporters, and 3 IT programmers.

        The research found that 1) computer equipment management system for IT staff performance assessment divided 3 parts including; staff, IT staff, and IT manager. 2) computer equipment management system divided 5 modules including; user management module, computer equipment management module, repair notification system management module, automation process assessment module, and reporting module, and 3) the effectiveness of system usage assessment found that overall was a high level () = 4.41, S.D. = 0.71  It’s clearly seen that the system was developed, can be used for evaluating IT staff performance by appropriately.
