THE DEVELOPMENT OF MANUAL ON WORKSHOP TRAINING “ONE TEACHER ONE INNOVATION” TO PROMOTE THE ABILITY OF EDUCATIONAL INNOVATION DESIGN FOR ADMINISTRATORS TEACHERS AND EDUCATIONAL PERSONNELS.

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to 1) study fundamental data to develop manual on workshop training "One Teacher One Innovation" to promote the ability of educational innovation design. 2) develop and evaluate the suitability of manual on workshop training "One Teacher One Innovation" to promote the ability of educational innovation design.             3) investigate the manual on workshop training "One Teacher One Innovation" to promote the ability of educational innovation design. 4) evaluate and assure the quality of manual on workshop training "One Teacher One Innovation" to promote the ability of educational innovation design. The sample group included 150 administrators, teachers, and educational personnels which volunteer to join the workshop training from 1) Assumption Convent School (Bangkok) 2) Assumption Convent School (Silom, Bangkok) 3) Assumption Convent School (Lopburi) 4) Assumption Convent School (Lamnarai) Lopburi 5) Saint Joseph School (Nakhon Sawan) and 6) Saint Joseph School (Mae Chaem Chiang Mai) in the academic year 2021. The research tools consisted of 1) A manual on workshop training "One Teacher One Innovation" to promote the ability of educational innovation design. 2) achievement test on workshop training "One Teacher One Innovation" to promote the ability of educational innovation design. 3) satisfaction questionnaire of trainees towards on workshop training "One Teacher One Innovation" to promote the ability of educational innovation design. 4) quality evaluation and assurance form of manual on workshop training "One Teacher, One Innovation" to promote the ability of educational innovation design. Percentage, mean and standard deviation were used to examine the data.

The results found that 

1. A manual on workshop training "One Teacher One Innovation" to promote the ability of educational innovation design for administrators, teachers and educational personnels which included of project writing guidelines, operational guidelines, supporting documents, and examples of training arrangements.

2. the results of the assessment of manual on workshop training "One Teacher One Innovation" to promote the ability of educational innovation design were at highest level as a whole.(mean = 4.88, standard deviation = 0.3).

3. the results of investigation the manual on workshop training "One Teacher One Innovation" to promote the ability of educational innovation design found that

     3.1   achievement on workshop training "One Teacher One Innovation" to promote the ability of educational innovation design of trainees were at 84.11 as a whole.

     3.2   trainees’ satisfaction towards on workshop training "One Teacher One Innovation" to promote the ability of educational innovation design was at the highest level (mean = 4.63, standard deviation = 0.3).     

4. the results of quality evaluation and assurance of manual on workshop training "One Teacher, One Innovation" to promote the ability of educational innovation design were at high level as a whole.(mean = 4.13, standard deviation = 0.59)
