STRUCTURAL MODEL ANALYSIS OF HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT FACTORS AFTER COVID-19 OF RETAIL INDUSTRY IN NAKHON SI THAMMARAT PROVINCE

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to test a human resource development model in the next normal era of the service industry in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. The population in this study was 111 informants who were commercial industry workers in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. Questionnaires were used to collect data. Statistics used to analyze data Descriptive statistics were mean and standard deviation, and structural equation model analysis (SEM).

The results of data analysis revealed that Factors affecting human resource training and development, rank 1 Executive support mean 4.43 Motivation to learn 4.32 human resource development, rank 1 training mean 4.33 Results of equation model analysis Structural Factors of Human Resource Development In the next anomaly era of the service industry in Nakhon Si Thammarat province, it was found that the structural equation model is consistent with empirical data The statistical chi-square (χ2) was 765 degrees of freedom (df) was 514. The relative chi-square (χ2/df) was 1.49. The p-value of χ2 was .000 The Comparative Consistency Index (CFI) was equal to .915. (Tucker-Lewis: TLI) is .901, root mean square of standard error (SRMR) is .073, root mean square error of estimation (RMSEA) is .066.
