Abstract

Challenges for managing an organization in the era of sudden change disruption there is a rapid change, and a high level of competition today is how the organization can lead the business to meet the needs of customers and be able to compete with competitors. This allows the company to evaluate the performance and increase the efficiency of the company. The implementation of business intelligence system is a tool for handling huge data. to produce information that is precise, quick and responsive to the organization's senior management's actions. If an organization wishes to successfully implement business intelligence systems, organization need to change its organizational culture. Senior management need to recognize the importance of leveraging the system and allocating appropriate and sufficient resources, as well as selecting the right technology. A balance needs to be achieved between employees' technical skills and their capacity for teamwork. In addition, the quality of the data and the analysis of the data is appropriate. by assessing the perception of customer needs and alignment with the strategy of the organization It will be able to work effectively in the organization.
