INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF STOCK MANAGEMENT IN THE BANGPAKOK HOSPITALGROUP

Abstract

This research aimed to study the current situation, problems and needs in managing warehouse resources in Bangpakok Hospital Group and to develop innovations in managing warehouse resources in Bangpakok Hospital Group to implement innovations in managing warehouse resources in Bangpakok Hospital Group and to evaluate the implementation of innovations in managing warehouse resources in Bangpakok Hospital Group. This research was a research and development (Research & Development) project using qualitative and quantitative research methods. The target groups consisted of personnel at all levels, including medical departments, nursing departments and medical support departments, and executives at all levels, directors, department managers and heads of departments, including all relevant parties. The instruments used included in-depth interviews with a target group of 17 people, focus group discussions and brainstorming sessions with a target group of 30 people. The data were examined using triangulation techniques and content analysis. The research results showed that 1) The results of the study on the current situation, problems and needs in managing warehouses in Bangpakok Hospital Group found that there were insufficient personnel and lack of skills, cramped spaces, untidy arrangement of items, and substandard, and the same system was used throughout the hospital group. which has some delays and deviations from the system 2) Develop innovations in resource management of warehouses in the Bangpakok Hospital Group as follows: (1) Innovations in human resource management, carried out by 1) Developing Smart Personal by rotating work 2) Organizing Smart Training and 3) Developing Growth Mindset in warehouse management (2) Innovations in warehouse storage location management, carried out by 1) Organizing goods with a Smart Zoning system 2) Creating a Flow Chart showing the use of medicines and medical supplies 3) Creating 5S in the warehouse and 4) Adjusting the landscape. Create hygiene in the warehouse and (3) innovation in warehouse control management system. The operations are 1) Developing QR Code in warehouse management 2) Using Application in warehouse management and 3) Improving the product verification system inside and outside the hospital. 3) The results of innovation development found 3 innovations as follows: 1. Innovation in human resource management has 3 activities as follows: (1) Developing Smart personal by rotating work (2) Organizing Smart Training and (3) Developing Growth Mindset in warehouse management. 2. Innovation in warehouse storage location management has 4 activities as follows: (1) Organizing products with the Smart Zoning system (2) Creating a Flow Chart showing the use of drugs and medical supplies (3) Creating 5S.In the warehouse, (4) landscape improvement, creating hygiene in the warehouse, and (3) innovation in warehouse control system management. There are 5 activities as follows: (1) Develop QR Code in warehouse management (2) Use of application in warehouse management (3) Improve warehouse control system (4) Improve storage system and (5) Improve product inspection system outside and inside the hospital. This innovation comes from the participation of all parties involved in warehouse management of the Bangpakok Hospital network, who have expressed their opinions, so it is considered everyone's innovation and must be implemented by everyone through a participation process. 4) Summary of the evaluation results of the implementation of warehouse management innovations in 3 innovations: Human resource management innovation, 90 percent are satisfied with Smart Personal innovation, which can help develop work skills of hospital personnel very well. As for storage location management innovation, 80 percent are satisfied with the development of Smart Zoning innovation, which allows better space management and is very suitable for products to be managed in the warehouse. And for warehouse control system management innovation, 90 percent are satisfied with the developed application, which can meet the needs for fast and modern product quantity control management.
