บทคัดย่อ

            การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม ผู้ประกอบการร้านค้า และเพื่อสำรวจรายได้จากการจำหน่ายสินค้าและบริการ โครงการเสียงของร้อยเอ็ดสู่เวทีโลก กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมฯ จำนวน 2,931 คน และผู้ประกอบการร้านค้าและบริการ จำนวน 50 ร้านค้า เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ 1) แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมฯ และ 2) แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ประกอบการร้านค้าและแบบสำรวจข้อมูลรายได้จากการจำหน่ายสินค้าท้องถิ่นฯ


ผลการวิจัย พบว่าผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมความพึงพอใจในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 𝑥̅ = 4.54 (S.D.=0.87) ผู้ประกอบการร้านค้ามีความพึงพอใจ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 𝑥̅ = 4.31 (S.D.=1.04) และรายได้จากการจำหน่ายสินค้าและบริการในภาพรวม มียอดขายสุทธิ 368,190 บาท สรุป โครงการเทศกาลดนตรี เสียงของร้อยเอ็ดสู่เวทีโลก ถือเป็นเป็นสื่อสร้างสรรค์ ที่ช่วยถ่ายทอดอัตลักษณ์ทางดนตรีของจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ดสู่เวทีสากล และสามารถช่วยกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจชุมชนและการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรม
