Abstract
The objectives of this research work are: 1) To study effective methods for communicating Section 40 benefits. 2) To study the types of media that insured persons do not like to follow to receive benefits of insured persons under Section 40 of the Social Security Office, Saraburi Province, Nong Khae Branch, Nong Khae District, Saraburi Province. It is qualitative research using in-depth interviews with the target group. From the insured under Section 40 in Nong Khae District Saraburi Province, 10 cases, found that the media or channels that insured persons under Section 40 choose to use to receive social security information include both traditional media and modern media, including the Precation Line application ( Line) is the channel that most insureds choose first, personal media is number 2, print media/brochures are number 3, and the TikTok pre-approval application is number 4. 2. Problems and obstacles to awareness. Benefits of insured persons according to Section 40 of the Saraburi Provincial Social Security Office, Nong Khae Branch, found that insured persons do not follow online media, ranked number 1, do not watch media on television, number 2, do not listen to media broadcast on radio, number 3, and do not Receiving print media/brochures is ranked 4th.
