Creative Media for Education of Education Personal

Abstract
This study aimed to: 1) examine the types of educational media utilised by academic staff, 2) assess their levels of knowledge and understanding regarding educational media, and 3) compare their perspectives on the skills required for designing and effectively implementing creative instructional media—particularly in the digital age. The research employed a quantitative methodology, using questionnaires to collect data from 108 participants associated with a private higher education institution in Pathum Thani, representing faculties such as Business Administration, Economics, and Accounting.
The findings revealed that the majority of participants exhibited high-level skills in designing instructional media that catered to learners’ needs, especially in visual and audio formats. In contrast, the use of 3D media, including simulations, was notably less frequent. Proficiency in designing and implementing digital media was essential for enhancing learning accessibility and
promoting engagement. These results offer valuable insights for shaping educational policy and advancing the integration of media within teaching practices in the digital age.
