Promoting of Administration according to the Good Governance of Rangsit Municipal Thanyaburi District, Pathum Thani Province

The researchers were interested in studying with the objectives. 1) To study the administration level according to the good governance principles of Rangsit City Municipality, Thanyaburi District, Pathum Thani Province. 2) To compare the administration the level according to the good governance principles of Rangsit Municipality, Thanyaburi District, Pathum Thani Province. Classified by personal characteristics. This research is a quantitative research. The sample consisted of 257 employees of Rangsit Municipality, Thanyaburi District, Pathum Thani Province, calculated by Taro Yamane's formula from a total population of 719 people. Stratified and simple random sampling was performed. The statistics used in the data analysis were frequency distribution, percentage, standard deviation. For analytical statistics, one-way ANOVA t-test and F-test were used and paired comparisons were performed using Schefe's method. The results of the study found that 1) the administration level according to the good governance principles of Rangsit Municipality employees, Thanyaburi District, Pathum Thani Province. Overall, it was at a moderate level ( = 3.12 ; S.D = 0.97). When considering individually aspect, it was found that it was at a moderate level in all aspects. The aspect with the highest mean was the transparency principle ( = 3.36; S.D = 0.98), followed by the morality principle aspect ( = 3.23; S.D = 0.96) , the participation principle ( = 3.08 ; S.D = 0.93). Rule of law principle ( = 3.03; S.D = 1.05), responsibility priciple ( = 3.02; S.D = 1.02) and value principle ( =3.01; S.D = 0.90) , respectively. 2) Comparing management levels according to the good governance principles of Rangsit Municipality, Thanyaburi District, Pathum Thani Province. Classified by personal characteristics, found that employees of Rangsit Municipality, Thanyaburi District, Pathumthani Province with different genders had no statistically significantly different level of administration according to overall good governance principles (p > 0.05). Employees of Rangsit Municipality, Thanyaburi District, Pathum Thani Province, who have different ages, education levels and work experiences have a statistically significant difference in overall good governance principles level. (p < 0.05). If considering individually aspect, it was found that the aspects that difference statistically significantly according to personal characteristics, including the participation principle, responsibility principle and the values principle. Results of this study pointed out that Rangsit Municipality, Thanyaburi District, Pathum Thani Province should pay attention to the education development of employees. Education both inside and outside the classroom Enhancing employees’ experiences from the actual practicing, visiting study and training development in various forms, including the development of good governance principles in all aspects as they remained at a moderate level in all aspects. To provide the administration according to the good governance principle of Rangsit Municipality, Thanyaburi District, Pathum Thani Province efficiently and effectively, responding to satisfying the needs of the people and in accordance with the country's sustainable development policy.
