“Organization” is a subset of an organization. that act in relation to each other or depend on each other to achieve the goals of the organization Simultaneously, it creates relationships between various organizations to coordinate their duties in an orderly manner. whether it is an administrative organization or private business administration organizations are focused on the common values of the organization that all members value. Adhere to common culture and values of the organization. Then each part of the organization will work in a coordinated way to drive the organization towards its goals, so that the organization will be a pleasant place to work. Therefore, the organization must organize the organization with the Sappaya 7 principles to be suitable for coexistence in the organization. Although organizations have shared values that are defined in their organizational structure. But the people in the organization are still mortals. Therefore, it is necessary to have a way to manage the organization to be a desirable place to work by applying Buddhist principles to encourage people in the organization to live together happily.
