การวิเคราะห์ประเด็นการสนทนาเกี่ยวกับฝุ่นพีเอ็ม 2.5 ทางเฟซบุ๊กด้วยเครื่องมือฟังเสียงสังคม

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) จำนวนการกล่าวถึง และการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ใช้สื่อสังคมในประเด็นเกี่ยวกับฝุ่นพีเอ็ม 2.5 ทางเฟซบุ๊ก 2) ประเด็นการสนทนาเกี่ยวกับฝุ่นพีเอ็ม 2.5 ผ่านเฟซบุ๊กของผู้ใช้สื่อสังคม ในช่วงระยะเวลา 4 เดือน (เดือนธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2567- เดือนมีนาคม พ.ศ.2568) งานวิจัยนี้เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยใช้การนับความถี่ของการกล่าวถึง และการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ใช้สื่อสังคมเกี่ยวกับฝุ่นพีเอ็ม 2.5 บนเฟซบุ๊ก ควบคู่กับการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาของข้อความโพสต์ และความคิดเห็น ของผู้ใช้เฟซบุ๊ก รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้เครื่องมือฟังเสียงสังคมโซเชียลอาย และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เชิงประเด็น เพื่อสกัดประเด็นหลักของการสนทนาเกี่ยวกับฝุ่นพีเอ็ม 2.5 บนเฟซบุ๊ก แล้วนำมาเขียนบรรยายเชิงพรรณนา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผู้ใช้สื่อสังคมกล่าวถึงฝุ่นพีเอ็ม 2.5 บนช่องทางเฟซบุ๊กจำนวน 73,569 ครั้ง และจำนวนการมีส่วนร่วม 8,720,594 ครั้ง โดยช่วงเวลาที่มีการกล่าวถึงฝุ่นพีเอ็ม 2.5 มากที่สุดคือ ช่วงปลายเดือนหรือสัปดาห์ที่ 3 ของเดือนมกราคม พ.ศ. 2568 มีการกล่าวถึงฝุ่นพีเอ็ม 2.5 จำนวน 20,562 ครั้ง และการมีส่วนร่วม 3,842,620 ครั้ง 2) ประเด็นการสนทนาเกี่ยวกับฝุ่นพีเอ็ม 2.5 บนเฟซบุ๊ก แบ่งออกเป็น 6 ประเด็นหลัก ได้แก่ (1) ผลกระทบต่อสุขภาพ (2) นโยบายและมาตรการของรัฐ (3) การรายงานค่าฝุ่นพีเอ็ม 2.5 และข้อมูลดัชนีต่าง ๆ (4) การวิพากษ์วิจารณ์รัฐและนโยบาย (5) มาตรการป้องกันตนเอง และ (6) กิจกรรมหรือแหล่งกำเนิดฝุ่น นอกจากนี้ ข้อความที่มีการมีส่วนร่วมสูงมีประเด็นย่อยที่มีลักษณะเด่น ได้แก่ ประเด็นเกี่ยวกับผลกระทบรุนแรงที่เป็นรูปธรรมต่อเด็กและสัตว์เลี้ยง ประเด็นเกี่ยวกับความรุนแรงของฝุ่นที่ส่งผลต่อสุขภาพ ประเด็นเกี่ยวกับมาตรการของรัฐที่กระทบต่อชีวิตประจำวันและก่อให้เกิดการถกเถียง และประเด็นเกี่ยวกับมุกตลกซึ่งถูกใช้เป็นวิธีรับมือกับสถานการณ์ฝุ่น
