Abstract

The objective of this research is 1)Examine the current and desirable states of school administration toward achieving international standards at Anubanmaesai School (saisinlapasat), under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. 2)Investigate key factors influencing school administration toward achieving international standards. 3)Identify best practices for school administration toward achieving international standards. 4)Explore strategies for school administration toward achieving international. The research findings indicate that the current state of school administration towards international standards is, overall, at a high level. The key influencing factors consist of both internal and external elements. Best practices in school administration towards international standards are categorized into three aspects 1)Students possessing global citizenship competencies. 2)Teaching and learning aligned with international standards. 3)Quality system management. The school administration establishes a vision, mission, goals, strategies, and projects/activities. Six strategic approaches have been defined as follows 1)Develop teachers and staff to enhance their expertise in fostering students' creative achievements. 2)Promote and enhance students' creative thinking. 3)Develop and improve support systems for teaching and learning using technology. 4)Create instructional media tailored to students' learning needs. 5)Enhance teachers’ and staff’s capabilities in administration and teaching development. 6)Strengthen the management system to align with international standards.
