THE COMPONENT OF BUDDHIST LEADERSHIP IN CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONOF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER NAKHON SI THAMMARATPRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are to 1) learn about Buddhist leadership in corporate communication of school administrators under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area office 2. 2) analyze components Buddhist leadership in corporate communication of school administrators under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area office 2. The research population includes school administrators and teachers from 202 schools under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area office 2 for the Academic year 2017. Four hundred of the samples in this study were 20 times of variable by the simple random sampling method. There are two types of instruments used in this study; interview and questionnaire. The questionnaire developed from research framework by the researcher had a reliability ercentage of 87. The statistics in this study were content validity, mean, minimum, skewness, Kurtosis and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). The research found that Buddhist leadership in corporate communication of school administrators under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area office 2 found that all four sides (Santassana, Samatapata, Samuttatechana and Sampahangsana) were in high level. The Confirmatory Factor Analysis results found out that all each four sides have 5 items and a total of 20 variables and a weight of criterion passed all the variables items. Thus, all variables were statistically significant.
