THE STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENT SUPPORT SYSTEM IN YANTAKHAORATTHACHANUPATHAM SCHOOL YANTAKHAO DISTRICT, TRANG PROVINCE

Abstract

This research aims to: 1) to develop the strategic of student support system in Yantakhaoratthachanupatham School Yantakhao District,Trang Province 2) to check the strategic of student support system in Yantakhaoratthachanupatham School Yantakhao District,Trang Province. This research is a qualitative research. The samples used in this study were the school administrators, of Student Affairs, Supervisor of Student Support System, Guidance Supervisorand, Class Leader and teachers of Yantakhaoratthachanupatham School Yantakhao District,Trang Province.11 Persons. The intruments used in-depth interviews and focus groups.

          The research found that

          1) the result to the draft strategy system student support system in Yantakhaoratthachanupatham School Yantakhao District,Trang Province consists 5 steps (1) To develop the strategic of student support system in Yantakhaoratthachanupatham School Yantakhao District,Trang Province (2) Action plan, (3) Support promotion (4) Student support system performance (5) following up and evaluating. 2)The result checkins of focus group by 8 professor that the strategic of student support system was suitability , possibilits and useful. Guide advisors and related personnel should have knowledse and use avariety of tools about the student support system in all 5 sides and should following up individual student assistance.
