MALE-FEMALE-THIRD GENDER (TRANSGENDER): LIFE QUALITY OF MYANMAR MIGRANT WORKERS ON SOCIAL RELATIONSHIPS IN NAKHON SI THAMMARAT PROVINCE

Abstract

This article aims to: 1) study life quality of Myanmar migrant workers on social relationships in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province is classified by Male-Female-Third Gender (Transgender). 2) Compare life quality of Myanmar migrant workers on social relationships in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province is classified by Male-Female-Third Gender (Transgender). Quantitative was employed. Questionnaires were used to collect data from 350 Myanmar migrant workers. The data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, F-test, and Compare pairs by Scheffe,s Method. The findings as: 1) life quality of Myanmar migrant on social relationships workers in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province is classified by Male-Female-Gender 3 (Transgender); Overall is at a medium level, Females with highest mean at a high level ( gif.latex?\bar{x} = 3.58, S.D. = 0.65). Followed by males at a medium level ( gif.latex?\bar{x} = 3.38, S.D. = 0.61). Third Gender (Transgender) with lowest mean at a medium level (gif.latex?\bar{x} = 3.35, S.D. = 0.41).               2) Compare life quality of Myanmar migrant workers on social relationships in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province is classified by Male-Female-Third Gender (Transgender); Differences were statistically significant 0.05, Indicates that females have a higher life quality on social relationships than males, there should create positive relationships, and adaptation to good relationships without prejudice.
