BUDDHIST MANAGEMENT METHODS BUDDHIST WAY SCHOOL IN PRACHUAP KHIRI KHAN PROVINCE

Abstract

               The objectives of the article were as follows; 1) to study general conditions regarding administration of Buddhist Oriented Schools; 2) to study principles of Buddha's administration methods of Buddhist oriented schools in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province; and 3) to present models of Buddha's administration methods of Buddhist oriented schools in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. It was a qualitative research. The scopes of the content were 5 aspects consisting of 1) planning 2) organization 3) personnel 4) administration and 5) governance. The areas used in this study were 3 Buddhist oriented schools in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. There were 1) Ban Lat Withi ; 2) Ban Khok Chang and 3) Ban Tamru The researcher determined the scopes of 6 important informant groups, namely; experts of education welfare Buddhist monks practicing teaching in the Buddhist oriented schools, directors of the Buddhist, government teachers of the Buddhist and’parents of the Buddhist, totaling 25 monks /persons.

               The result of the research showed that 1) academic, budget management and personnel aspects were focused on the threefold development framework through cultural processes, wisdom acquisition and compassion. The development of learners according to the national highlight development and personnel characteristics of the Buddhist oriented schools were focused. important, personals, administrators and teachers were also extremely important. They were to develop the learners well. good role models in real life were in a way of how to teach for knowing, demonstrating and living visibly 2) Principles of Buddha's administration methods of Buddhist oriented schools were involved by participation of stakeholders. (1) Buddha's administration methods were the main of Thai education development system as tool to grow Thai people to be perfect humans. (2) Buddha's administration methods were new types to push Thai children and youth to be developed according to their potential as good and smart people. (3) Able to live happily Is a true reform that is based on threefold principles Human resource development goals for lifelong learning And 3) the researcher presented the forms of Buddha's administration methods of Buddhist oriented schools in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. "ABMI Model" was called by the researcher. That meant minor components such as academic, budget, personnel, and general management.
