THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE PRACTICE OFFICE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PRINCIPLES OF SUITABLE THINGS [SAPPAYA] 4 IN SING BURI PROVINCE

Abstract

The objective of this article 1) to study the Administration of the Practice office in Accordance with the Principles of Suitable Things [Sappaya] 4 in Sing Buri Province 2) to Create a form of the Practice Office in Accordance with the Principles of Suitable things [Sappaya] 4 in Sing Buri Province, and 3) to Evaluate a form of the Practice Office in Accordance with the Principles of Suitable Things [Sappaya] 4 in Sing Buri Province.This Study is Mixed Method Research which is Divided. Is Quantitative research Sample The samples were 116 abbot and deputy abbot, selected by using the formula of Crazy and Morgan. Data were collected by using questionnaires. Statistics used in data analysis Such as frequency, percentage ,Qualitative research The experts who provided important information are The Abbot and the persons involved with the bureau were 19 persons by interview. And group discussion of 13 person. Data was analyzed using content analysis. The form was evaluated by 19 experts / person. Data analysis Such as frequency, percentage The results of this dissertation found that: The administrative conditions of the Dharma Practice Institute in 4 principles in Singburi province, there are 5 aspects, including 1) the planning according to the 4 principles, 2) the organization management according to the 4 principles, 4) the personnel management according to the principles 4 4) supervising the 4 principles and 5) the supervision according to the 4 principles, the overall level When considered in each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average value was personnel administration. ( = 2.93, S.D. = 1.31) The aspect that has the lowest mean is the administrative department ( = 2.76, S.D. = 1.30). The administrative style of Dharma practice according to the 4 principles of Sangapaya in Sing Buri province, which are 1) the planning style according to the 4 principles of Sapaya, 2) the organization management according to the 4 principles of Sapaya The person according to the 4 principles. The results of the evaluation showed that 1) Planning was correct, appropriate, feasible. And usefulness Is at the highest level. 2) Organizational management Is at the highest level Usefulness High level 3) Personnel management At a high level 4) The director is correct, appropriate, useful.
