THE BASIC EDUCATION MODEL FOR FEMALE PRIEST OF BUDDHIST IN THAILAND CONSISTANT WITH EDUCATION 4.0

The objectives of this research article were 1) to study the components of the basic education model for female priest of Buddhist in Thailand consistant with Education 4.0 and 2) to assess the basic educational model for female priest of Buddhist in Thailand consistant with Education 4.0. Method research was using Delphi technique. The sample were experts group of 21 people. Selecting a group of experts uses a method to describe the problem. By selecting 1 expert first, then having an expert identify a list of 3 more experts each until the specialist is required. The research methods were as follows: Delphi technique, group discussion and evaluation of opinions of relevant parties. Data analysis was performed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, median and quartile range. The results of the research founded that 1) Expert group Agree with the basic educational model components for female priest of Buddhist in Thailand consistant with Education 4.0. Overall, the main components were as follows: 1.1) education system, 1.2) teaching, 1.3) development, 1.4) evaluation, 1.5) curriculum and 6. management and 2) Results of the evaluation of the basic education model for female priest of Buddhist in Thailand consistant with Education 4.0. The experts agreed as follows: The curriculum agreed on all points. Teaching and evaluation agreed with 4 items, education system and development agreed 2 items. The curriculum, management and development consistent with all of the above and corresponding to 4 items, teaching and evaluation and the side with inconsistent 1 item was the education system.
