PROMOTION AND DEVELOPMENT OF VOCATIONAL PERSONNEL EDUCATION AND COOPRERATIVE MODEL OF TOURISM THAI-CAMBODIAN BRODER AREA IN SAKAEO CHANTHABURI AND TRAT PROVINCES

Abstract

          The objectives of this research article were to study to finding guidelines for promote knowledge and skills of vocational personnel in cooperation with Thai -Cambodian agencies. And to study to develop a model for Vocational Institute of Tourism on the Thai - Cambodian border to cooperation in border areas in Sakaeo, Chanthaburi, and Trat Provinces. This research is a qualitative research through the studying and researching of concepts, theories and related researches by in - depth in - depth interview and focus group discussion were undertaken from key informants with are the relevant vocational personnel education, specific selection methods and use the information from the interviews was then analyzed by content analysis. The research findings showed that: 1) to finding guidelines for promote knowledge and skills of vocational personnel in cooperation with Thai-Cambodian agencies. 1.1) Promote and support the development of English language skills for students. 1.2) Provide opportunities for teachers to develop professional and English language skills through training and field trips. 1.3) The executives should provide to the understanding of parents by using curriculum, careers and the examples of the seniors. And gave the opportunity to take the entrance examination to become personnel of the institutes for teachers who graduated in fields. 2) Guidelines for Sustainable Cooperation for Tourism to develop a model for Vocational Institute of Tourism on the Thai - Cambodian border to cooperation in border areas such as 2.1) Executives build more cooperation with external agencies. 2.2) A model for cooperation with Cambodia, to change local administrators frequently. There should be from the local level to make the relationship between leaders in the border areas continued. This will create in-depth relationships in education, work and the other side, as well as the government should allocate budget to create exchanges between countries. To achieve sustainable development between the Thai - Cambodia border.
