NETWORK PARTNERSNETWORK PARTNERSHIPS WITH ANTI-CORRUPTION MECHANISMS IN LOCAL ELECTIONS, SURIN PROVINCE

Abstract

              The Objectives of this research article were to 1) Study the problem of network partnerships and anti-corruption mechanisms in local elections in Surin Province between 1997 - 2017. 2) Study the factors of network partnerships with anti-corruption mechanisms in local elections, Surin Province and 3) Find ways to network partnerships with anti-corruption mechanisms in local elections, Surin Province It is a descriptive study. Using qualitative research methods by in-depth interviews, brainstorming and group posts. The key informants are divided into 3 groups: Group 1 of 10 people, consisting of the Chairman of the Democracy Promotion Center, School Administrators, Chair of Women Group, Representatives of Citizens Network, Community Democracy DJ. Group 2 of 10 people, consisting of staff and coordinators, agencies, network parties, committee members of the Center for Promotion of Democracy, Democracy Scholars, and Group 3 consists of 3 groups of 10 people, including the officials and people of local organizations unite to declare their intention to advance the model sub-district network to self-manage, including 9 localities. The results of the study found that: 1) The problems in the purchase of rights to sell voices for both politicians and the public the law has no absolute certainty.
