ACCOUNTABILITY OF THE GOVERNMENT SECTOR AND MEASURES TO PREVENT AND SUPPRESS HUMAN TRAFFICKING

Abstract

               The objectives of this research article were to: 1) Study the problem of prevention and suppression of human trafficking, 2) Study, analyze, study and analyze the responsibilities of the public sector and measures to prevent and suppress human trafficking and 3) Find guidelines and recommendations on the responsibility of the public sector and measures to prevent and suppress human trafficking into effective implementation. This was a descriptive study using qualitative research methods. Using in-depth interviewing techniques, group conversations. There are 3 groups of key informants, consisting of 30 people: Group 1: 10 people, executives or policy representatives Group 2: 10 people, executives or operational representatives and Group 3: Key informants and stakeholders 3 groups of 5 people, totaling 15 people and analyzing the data. The results of the research showed that: 1) Human Trafficking Is a security threat and it is an issue that many countries around the world focus on because it is an act that takes advantage of humanity. It also leads to other problems. 2) responsibility The government has established a policy, strategy and work plan in accordance with the 1st issue of human trafficking prevention and suppression measures (2011 - 2016) by defining all five areas: prevention, prosecution, aid protection, development of policy mechanisms. Driving, and developing information management, and 3) Guidelines and recommendations Measures to prevent and suppress human trafficking must be applied equally and they should increase the multidisciplinary defense and suppression of human trafficking and the arrest and repression of serious measures, including the enforcement of immigration law If found fault, must be pushed back to the country immediately.
