Abstract

          The objectives of this research article were to study the interaction between the program, the group consultation and the experimental phase that influenced the ability to adapt, and compared the effect of the Group Study Program on the adaptive ability of ADHD parents in the pre-trial phase. Post- trial and follow-up phases the research model is experimental research. The sample was a parent of ADHD in Don Kaeo, Mae Rim District, Chiang Mai Province, with 8 people, 8 control groups, 1 female, 3males, 3 males, and 100,000 people. The research instruments include 1) group counseling programs, 2) measures the adaptability of ADHD parents, 3) group conversations, quantitative data analysis using statistical descriptions, arithmetic statistics, and standard deviations. Qualitative data uses analysis from parental conversations in group conversations. The results showed that 1) the experimental parents had an average score on their ability to rise in the post-trial phase and follow-up phase, respectively. The control group's parents had the same average ability to adapt. 2) Parents of ADHD children in the experimental group are required to provide counseling services both in the pre-trial phase. After the trial and follow-up phase, parents of ADHD children interact, exchange, learn, experience together. Learn to understand yourself and others in accordance with the steps of a group counseling program that helps to understand themselves and lead to understanding others. This is an important factor that can contribute to self-development, allowing parents of ADHD to adapt more appropriately and live more efficiently.
