A Model of educational Management institutions according to the guidelines Public and private Education under Office of the Vocational Education Commission

These article aimed were to study to 1) Analysis the factors of educational management institutions according to the guidelines public and private education under Office of the Vocational Education Commission, 2) develop a model of educational management institutions according to the guidelines public and private education and 3) evaluate a model of educational management institutions according to the guidelines public and private education. It’s mixed research method. The sample consisted of 9 experts, 548 administrators and teachers in schools of public and private vocational education institutions, 9 experts and 9 administrators of public and private vocational education institutions by purposive sampling. The research instruments were interview form, questionnaire and evaluation form. The statistical format used was frequency, mean, standard deviation and exploratory factor analysis: EFA. The results showed that; the components of educational management institutions according to the guidelines public and private education resulted in 7 components:management structure, planning and policy making, course administration, budget management, personnel and materials management, coordination and participation, evaluation, audit and report. 2. The model was three components as follows; Part 1 Introduction contains the basic concepts and objectives of a model. Part 2 Content was management structure, planning and policy making, course administration, budget management, personnel and materials management, coordination and participation, evaluation, audit and report. Part 3 Conditions of success. The model had suitability and handbook had the overall of suitability was at the high level. 3. The results of evaluation to a model of educational management institutions according to the guidelines public and private education in overall, was at the highest level of accuracy, suitability, feasibility and utility.
