The objectives of this research to study the performance, change results and personal learning. Individuals and organizations Including new knowledge gained from the practice in the cycle of planning, observing, and reflecting the two cycles with 17 researchers. The first cycle is from April to September, 2016. The second cycle is between October, 2016 to April, 2017 The findings show that the implementation of the preparation process. And in the cycle of planning, implementation, observation and reflection, the two circuits are in accordance with the plan. Which sends the effectiveness of the school. The results of the external quality assessment in the indicator are the focus of development. The level of good is very good. The importance of learning at the individual, group and individual level is the result of the successful education of all stakeholders. The results of the research have generated new knowledge from the field practice. The important thing is the development of kindergartens in Na Pong to be effective. It is important to focus on the development in the form called "NAPONG. Model "in 4 areas: 1) School - based management of local development; 2) Development of curriculum and instructional activities focused on learners; Each use of resources and traditional knowledge; and 4) recognition from parents and the community.
