THE MODEL ON DEVELOPMENT OF ACTIVITIES THAT ENHANCE THE VOLUNTEER PSYCHOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF STUDENTS UNDER THE INSTITUTE OF VOCATIONAL EDUCATION BANGKOK IN THE 21st FOR ADMINISTRATORS

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the current condition of operation on activities enhancing volunteer psychological characteristics of students; 2) To create the model on development of activities that enhance the volunteer psychological characteristics of students; 3) To assess possibility and benefits of the model on development of activities that enhance the volunteer psychological characteristics of students and trial. This research is a Mixed Methods Research that was conducted through 4 procedures including: 1) Studying current condition; 2) Creating model; 3) Assessing possibility and benefits of model; and 4) trial. The sample group consisted of 260 samples. Research tool was questionnaire and statistics used for analyzing data were percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation. The results revealed that: 1) Current condition of operation on activities enhancing volunteer psychological characteristics of students under the Institute of Vocational Education, Bangkok, in the 21st century for administrators had the highest demand on holding activities for enhancing and developing students on enhancing volunteer psychological characteristics of students with mean of 4.86; 2) The model on development of activities that enhance the volunteer psychological characteristics of students under the Institute of Vocational Education, Bangkok, in the 21st century for administrators consisted of 4 elements including Policy on Management of Volunteer Minded Activities, objectives of management of volunteer minded activities, characteristics of volunteer minded activities, and principles of learning management of volunteer minded activities; 3) The results of assessment on the model on development of activities that enhance the volunteer psychological characteristics of students under the Institute of Vocational Education, Bangkok, in the 21st century for administrators revealed that possibility and benefits were in high level; and 4) The results of the trial of the model on development of activities that enhance the volunteer psychological characteristics of students under the Institute of Vocational Education, Bangkok, in the 21st century for administrators revealed that satisfaction of students towards the model on development of activities that enhance the volunteer psychological characteristics of students was in high level
