SUCCESSFUL MODEL OF THE ELDERLY SERVICE BUSINESS ORGANIZATIONS IN THAILAND

Abstract

          The objectives of this research article were to study the influence of variables. Management policy Quality of Service and 7Ps Marketing Strategy on the success in the operations of the elderly care business organizations in Thailand. As for the qualitative research component, in - depth interviews were conducted with 20 key informants including senior executives of organizations in public and private sectors who had knowledge of the elderly care business in Thailand, each group of 10 people, totaling 20 people, uses a specific selection method. Data were then analyzed by content analysis. Quantitative research. The samples consisted of 440 executives of the elderly care business organizations in Thailand. The sample size was determined based on the criterion 20 times the observe variables. They were selected via stratified sampling. Data were collected via the use of a questionnaire and analyzed with a structural equation model. The research findings showed that management policies, service quality and 7Ps marketing strategies had an influence on the success in the operations of the elderly care business organizations in Thailand, with a .05 level of statistical significance, and all factors could predict the success in the operations by 56 percentages. The results of the qualitative research showed that most elderly service providers demand financial institutions to support their business budget at a low interest rate. This will help to run the business smoothly and be able to provide quality services in a variety of ways. To meet the needs of the elderly and their families. And can be used as a development model for the operational success of the elderly service business organizations throughout Thailand These factors help build confidence from the elderly. Make the business grow sustainably.
