THE STUDY MANAGEMENT FACTORS AND INDICATORS OF THE ELDERLY SCHOOLS IN THE NORTH EAST IN ORDER TO ENHANCE THEIR SPIRITUAL IMMUNITY AND SCHOOL EFFECTIVENESS

Abstract

          The objectives of this research article were to study the management factors and indicators of the elderly schools in the North East in order to enhance their spiritual immunity and school effectiveness. The use of mixed methods research, by analyzing relevant documentation and research of the composition and indicators of the proactive management of older schools to build psychological immunity and school effectiveness and collecting data by interviewing a qualified person. The samples consisted of administrators, staff members and voluntary teachers, totally 520 in number and Interview with 3 experts. The research instruments were questionnaire, interview form. The statistical devices such as mean, standard deviation, confirmatory factor analysis using a computer program. The findings can be summarized as follows the management factors and indicators of the elderly schools in the North East in order to enhance their spiritual immunity and school effectivenesscomprised3 factors and 12 indicators. 1) factors of aggressive administration comprised such indicators as 1.1) academic atmosphere, 1.2) school capacity, 1.3) administrational leadership and 1.4) learning process arrangement, 2) the spiritual immunity factors involved the indicators as 2.1) mind control via meditation, 2.2) confrontation, 2.3) overcoming of the obstacles, 2.4) attitude control and self - confidence, 3) the factors underlying school effectiveness were made of the indicators, i.e., 3.1) cooperative skills, 3.2) spiritual healthiness, 3.3) systematic thinking and 3.4) aesthetical concept. The structural equation model of the elderly school was structurally accurate. The criteria were  χ² = 52.246, df = 36, P - Value = 0.087, CFI = 0.968, TLI = 0.972, SRMR = 0.035, RMSEA = 0.039 and χ²/df = 1.451<2and had a structural confidence equal to 0.981> 0.60 indicates that the elderly school effectiveness model was consistent with the empirical data.
