DEVELOPMENT MODEL OF PIAMSUK SCHOOL MANAGEMENT FOR GENERAL EDUCATION PRIVATE SCHOOLS IN THE EASTERN REGION

Abstract

          The objectives of the research article were to: 1) develop a “Piamsuk School” management model for general education private schools in the eastern region, 2) verify and validate the “Piamsuk School” management model for general education private schools in the eastern region, and 3) implement and evaluate the “Piamsuk School” management model for general education private schools in the eastern region. This is a research model developed by conduct research such as 1) study conceptual research framework by documentary analysis, 2) study model and develop a management style through discussion by selecting a specific sample as 7 experts for lead to the drafting of the model, 3) study the feasibility of management model by using a questionnaire which selected a specific sample as the director of a private school in the category of general education, totaling 248 people, and 4) experimental and evaluate of management model by using assessment forms and public hearing seminars, the specific samples were selected as teachers of 34 people and parents of 376 people, the totaling 400 people. The research was statistics for frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation by analyzing the content and overview summarizing. It was found that 1) management model of “Piamsuk School” was three composition such as 1.1) the import factor, including with participation, learning activities and environment, 1.2) the process such as planning factor, organization, administration and evaluation, And 1.3) productivity consists of happy learners and fun learning. 2) Possibility model that it was feasible and appropriate for all factors and then 80 percent higher than the specified threshold. and 3) To experimental and evaluate model who were teachers and students' parents agreed with the management model at the highest level.
