MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES FOR ONE TAMBON ONE SCHOOL TOWARDS EXCELLENCE OF PRIMARY SCHOOLS, PHRA NAKHORN SI AYUTTHAYA PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE

The objectives of this research article were to: study the condition and management guidelines of One Tambon One School towards excellence of primary schools and to establish and assess management strategies, and experiment and evaluate management strategies by using mixed-method research: quantitative and qualitative research that consisted of 3 steps: 1) to study the condition management of One Tambon One School towards excellence of primary schools, by using a questionnaire from the sample of 250 school administrators and heads of academic departments and to study the management guidelines for One Tambon One School towards excellence of primary schools by interviewing 9 experts. 2) Create management strategies for One Tambon One School towards excellence of primary schools and check the quality, suitability, and correctness by 5 experts. 3) Experiment and evaluation of management strategies for One Tambon One School towards excellence of primary schools at Watinkanlaya School and assessing the feasibility and usefulness by school administrators and heads of academic departments that the number of was 30 schools by using the assessment form. The statistics used to analyze the data were Mean, Standard Deviation, and content analysis. The research results were as follows: 1) Overall, the condition management of One Tambon One School towards excellence of primary schools, Phra Nakhorn Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area Office was at a high level, and the management guidelines for One Tambon One School towards excellence of primary schools consisted of 4 components: learner quality, instructional management, management, and personnel 2) Management strategies for One Tambon One School towards excellence of primary schools has 2 main components: the management of One Tambon One School towards excellence of primary schools have 4 aspects and management strategies have 5 strategies: the environment analysis, identifying organization direction, identifying strategies, applying strategies, evaluation and control that overall, it found that the suitability and accuracy were at a high level. 3) Overall, the result of the experiment and evaluation of One Tambon One School towards excellence of primary schools was a possibility and a benefit at a high level.
