KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT OF THE BORDER PATROL POLICE SCHOOL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CHILD AND YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PLAN IN THE WILDERNESS ACCORDING TO HER ROYAL HIGHNESS PRINCESS MAHA CHAKRI SIRINDHORN SIAM BOROMRAJAKUMARI NO.5 2017 – 2026 TO PROMOTED WELL BEING

Abstract

The objectives of this research article were to the knowledge management process of the Border Patrol Police School in accordance with the Child and Youth Development Plan in the Desert of the Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Siam Boromrajakumari to promoted well-being.Key Informants are eight Head teacher and 24 teachers of the Border Patrol Police School out of 8 schools, conducting a quality research process to all Border Patrol Police schools. The research tools were in-depth interview survey and focus group, research framework, the knowledge management process used in the research from the analysis of the knowledge management process Step 1, Knowledge Creation, Step 2, Knowledge Acquisition, Step 3, Knowledge Sharing, and Step 4, Knowledge Transfer and Utilization The results of the research were as follows: 1) Knowledge Creation: Under the situation of the epidemic of new coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) teachers and students have to adapt and create new knowledge with social Well-Being. The community through the Educated Process of Physical Well-Being has always had an atmosphere of learning new things with community Well-Being. Parents trust and believe in educational management of the teachers of the Royal Thai Police Teacher.2) Knowledge Acquisition: Implementing library activities to encourage students to read encyclopedias. Short story book, reading book and vocational educational for students in bicycle mechanic career groupand barber group.3) Knowledge Sharing: Occupational training for students in the school to have basic vocational skills. Cooperative promotion Promote knowledge and cooperative skills and create character traits consistent with the ideology for students and 4) Knowledge Transfer and Utilization Activities to develop students' learning outcomes. The Border Patrol Police School has developed teachers through training to enhance knowledge with relevant departments such as Udon Thani Rajabhat University. Able to create a variety of careers based on knowledge and helping to build a peaceful community.
