DEVELOPING AN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION MANAGEMENT MODEL USING VARIN MODEL TO PROMOTE INTEGRATIVE THINKING PERFORMANCE FOR EARLY CHILDHOOD

Abstract

The objectives of this research article were to 1) Study the concepts and conditions of school management related to promoting the performance of restorative thinking, 2) Develop the VARIN MODEL and 3) Evaluate the school management model as mixed methods research, group example, Phase 1 The sample were school administrators, academics and teachers. 10, phase 2, early childhood 15, and phase 3 teachers, parents and related parties 10 persons, conducted three phases of research: Phase 1, studying the concepts and conditions of school administration. Phase 2: Develop the school management model and phase 3 evaluate the school management model. Tools used include questionnaires, VARIN MODEL management manuals, experience plans, early childhood integrated thinking performance assessments, and satisfaction assessments. Use base statistics, averages, and standard deviations. The results showed that 1) concepts and conditions of school administration related to promoting the restorative thinking performance of early childhood. There are 4 areas: school management, academic, teacher quality and early childhood performance, 2) VARIN MODEL development results have 5 elements: 1.1) Focus on all learners (VIP), 1.2) Good attitude in managing education for child development, as an organizational identity (Attitude), 1.3) Executives to love, empathy for learners (Respect), 1.4) Integrated work, co-thinking, co-operation (Integration), and 1.5) Encouraging children to develop integrated thinking performance that leads to new ideas (New Idea) using the systemic management cycle (PDCA), and 3) the results of the assessment of the school management model. By teachers, parents, ruler related parties, the highest level of satisfaction. (  = 4.51).
