CURRENT CONDITIONS AND PROBLEMS OF SOCIAL AND CULTURAL NETWORKS IN THE CONTEXT OF DISASTERS IN MAHA SARAKHAM PROVINCE

Abstract

The Objectives of this research article were to study the current state in the context of disasters in Maha Sarakham Province. The researcher used a qualitative research method. By studying the documents and studying in the field By observation and in - depth interviews with a sample of 35 people, consisting of a provincial municipality disaster prevention and mitigation supervisor, district defense supervisor, disaster prevention and mitigation officers, and foundation entrepreneurs who have been certified Quality, bailiffs for disaster prevention and mitigation, who know about disaster prevention in the community, and present the data by descriptive analysis. And write a preliminary record of the victims But the patient’s relatives will not cooperate in taking the history and rushing the staff to rush to the hospital, which is a problem in providing first aid for the patient to receive the correct treatment according to the principles.
