A MODEL OF ACTION RESEARCH IN ORDER TO ENHANCE TEACHER’S INNOVATIVE SKILLS

The objective of this research article were to develop a model of action research for enhance teachers’ skills on innovation development. This research was conducted through research and development. The researcher studied the state of teachers’ innovation development, studied guidelines to develop teacher on innovation development, constructed and evaluated the propriety and possibility of a model, assessed teachers’ skills on innovation development and satisfactory of teacher on a model. Samples were 50 teachers from 10 Schools in five provinces of the lower northern region through multi-stages random sampling. A model approved by 10 experts through purposive selection. Research instrument were three questionnaires: questionnaires of propriety and possibility of a model, questionnaires of teachers’ skills on innovation development, questionnaires of satisfactory of teacher on a model. Then the data was analyzed using mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The Research result showed that the model of action research for enhance teachers’ skills on innovation development was consisting of three main parts: Part 1 Objectives of a model, Part 2 Teacher development system had 3 steps: 2.1) Plan, 2.2) Operate and observe consisted of plan, analyze problems, construct innovation, implement innovation, and evaluate, 2.3) Reflection, and Part 3: Evaluation the model.
