THE DEVELOPMENT MODEL OF MORAL SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION OF THE PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE IN THE NORTHERN REGION

Abstract

The objectives of this research article were to develop the development model of moral school administration of the Primary Educational Service Area Office in the Northern Region. The research were divided into three stages; the first stage is studying guidelines for the development model of moral school administration of the Primary Educational Service Area Office in the Northern Region and the resources including documents and 3 schools with good practice. The second stage is creating and verifying the appropriateness of the development model of moral school administration and the group of informants consisted of 9 experts who had experience in driving moral schools and they are chosen by a specific method. The third stage is the assessment of the development model of moral school administration on the possibilities and usefulness from the sample with stratified random sampling administration by 254 school administrators. The tools used in this study were: interviewing form, group conversation recording form and questionnaires that checked the correctness of the content and use of language by 3 experts and data analysis by content analysis, mean and standard deviation. The finding of this research found that the development model of moral school administration of the Primary Educational Service Area Office in the Northern Region consisted of 6 components and success conditions; the first component is the propose of the model, the second component is the principle of the Model, the third component is import factor of the model that consists of committee and methods to develop Model, the forth component is the process that consists of 4 steps; 1) setting moral goals 2) the preparation 3) performance to develop and 4) evaluation, the fifth component is resultant that consists of teachers and students and the last component is the assessment guidelines and success conditions. And the results of the evaluation of the moral school administration development model revealed that the possibility aspect is at a high level, and the usefulness is at the highest level
