CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT AND ENHANCEMENT OF THE COMMUNITY ENTERPRISE FOR THE ORGANIC COFFEE FARMERS IN MOUNTAIN AREAS BY THE KING'S PHILOSOPHY IN BAN KHUNMAEYOD CHIANG MAI PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this research article were to: 1) study group conditions the general condition of community enterprise of growing organic coffee in the mountain areas to the King's Philosophy Chiang Mai Province 2) developing potential and upgrading community enterprises Organic coffee growers and 3) to present a model for developing potential and upgrading the community enterprises of organic coffee growers.A qualitative research Emphasis on field research participatory the sample population and key informants used a method to select a specific sample group, namely community leaders, community scholars, Pga K'nyau Ethnic Group, Ban Khunmaeyod Mae Suek sub district, Mae Chaem district, Chiang Mai Province, 17 monk/person by using an interview form and a questionnaire to analyze descriptive statistical data/person by using an interview form and to analyze descriptive statistical data. The results showed that 1) Ban Khunmaeyod community was one of the pilot communities in the special cultural area. It is another source of Arabica coffee at the optimal height and the best in Chiang Mai. Coffee plantation in the forest of Khunmaeyod community has co-care of the coffee plant without using chemicals and fertilizers. Emphasis on naturalness 2) Potential development and upgrading of community enterprises for growing organic coffee in the mountain areas to the King's Philosophy a small group or a specific group interested in coffee planting and production, the brand name “Phu Phi Coffee” is a potential development and upgrading of the community enterprise of organic coffee growers on the mountain of Ban Khunmaeyod.
